matt the land lord is a piece of s*** who also is addicted to meth and heroin and gets it from Brookview Apartments tenants. the maintenance man go around and ask the tenants what they can get from a drug wise and they only fix those people's Apartments. if you want to be warm for the winter come stay at Brookview and all the friendly mice cats squirrels and raccoons will keep you warm in your bed at night and you don't have to call on them.
