My experience here so far has been a nightmare. Christina was Awesome!! However Mailyn Benjamin the Dominican lady that work in the office with her is the most disrespectful unprofessional person i've dealt with in a while. This place has ROACHES. I moved here July 31st by Aug 5th I was complaining about the roaches amongst other things that they still have yet to take care of. Went to Brookview Apartments for a tour and 1st thing I see is trash all out on the grounds. Then, seen the apartment and it did not look as nice as the pics, and the information about app fee and admin fee was a much higher price than what is stated on the website I found it on, which was told to me by the staff who gave the tour. Yeah, I don't recommend this place!
