I had my first appointment here today was very impressed and happy with it all. From the beginning very happy, positive energy from Michelle and Chantelle. Than during my cleaning with Kirn she was quick and gentle on my teeth with a great conversation. Dr. Do was also quick and helpful. All in all I’m so happy and thankful with today’s service I had here at Brookswood Dental Group.
I had a really disappointing experience at this dental office. The staff didn’t seem to understand my concerns and came across as impatient and unhelpful when I tried to ask questions. Instead of explaining things clearly, I felt brushed off. A visit to the dentist should feel supportive and professional, but unfortunately, I didn’t feel respected or cared for here. I won’t be returning.
Like and trust my dentist and his hygenists. Love the office staff girls. We first found Dr Do when we moved to langley over 20 yrs ago. We have never left. Dr Do is not only excellent at his job but he is kind and caring. He communicates openly and makes you feel at ease in all dental situations. I hope he never retires.
