Was looking to get a new primary care doctor call them up they kept me on hold if this is the way they treat their patients I do not wish to be a member
I’m writing this on behalf of my 67 yr old mother who is a patient of Dr. Syed Ali. Per Mom/Barbara: I went to see Dr. Ali after being under the care of another doctor who I felt wasn’t meeting my healthcare needs. He assessed me and immediately jumped into action to find out what was wrong. I know he saved my life. I feel heard as a patient, confident in his abilities as a doctor, and thankful I was able to get in as a patient of his. I recommend him to anyone looking for a competent, kind, and friendly doctor.
