Thanks to Brookstone team, everything was smooth. Separate appreciation to installation team to install windows during winter period (end of January) which is hard on its own. I am writing this review after a month of installation and confirm that it became much warmer in the house. Price/quality wise it was a good investment.
Great work! Changed all our windows and doors. From sales conversations to installation to post-work check ups, the Brookstone team was very friendly, responsible, responsive, and overall great to work with. Big investment, but worth it!

Windows manufactured in Vaughan, amazing Canadian quality and awesome customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend, no issues whatsoever and thought the amount of options available for not only windows but payment options was extensive.
