Install went perfect, no issues. Windows look great, the installers were professional and nice to deal with. Everything was cleaned up and the old windows were taken away.

I had a great experience with Brookstone! The sales woman was great and very informative. I enjoy that Brookstone manufactures their own windows. The two installers were great at their jobs and with our dog Xena, she really enjoyed two more humans to pet her. The end product was well worth the price. I love our new windows, they are easy to use and clean. I would highly recommend Brookstone for your next window project!
Great experience overall. Pricey but amazing quality and service from start to finish. No pressure sales, professional and personable installers and great customer service. We had an issue with a door dent (from manufacturing). They replaced the door quickly without hassle.
