Salesperson was very thorough in explaining the different types of windows and how they were made and installed. She gave me the different scenarios if I was to replace the windows that were badly needed or if I was to replace them all. The team that installed the windows were excellent. They did an amazing job from start to finish and left no mess. Brookstone is not the cheapest window and door company around BUT the quality and workmanship is well worth it! Brookstone did replacement of our backyard sliding doors & from start (rep Cigi) we wee impressed with her knowledge to finish (install) the process went smoothly! The installers were efficient, courteous & left our family room & back deck spotless. Very impressed with finishing job & quality of the product!
Excellent service and high-quality work. The installers were incredibly professional, polite, and took the time to make sure everything was installed well. The communication throughout the process was seamless. Will definitely use them again.
