From start to finish I was super impressed with not only the quality of the product but the installation as well. Every stage along the way was very pleasant down to the initial meeting with the product specialist. Very Happy overall and will be a returning customer for future projects.
Brookstone were great to deal with, from the salesman, to the installers and their support folks. The new windows and door look incredible! I'm very satisfied I went with them for this job, and I would recommend them to others looking to replace their windows and doors.
We had Brookstone replace a sliding patio door as well as replacing our Bay Window from fixed panes to crank out windows and we were very impressed with the entire process. From the original consultation there was a clear understanding of our needs and a strong desire to meet them as well as suggestions for our benefit from a clear history of experience. We are very happy with our windows and the staff were great but there were quite a few issues which one might expect for a young company. There was a problem with the trim, one window was not level with the other, our custom blinds didnt fit, one window didnt open properly, and other little details. Daniel was great but clearly made little over the top promises just to get the sale. We also wonder how much lower on pricing we could have got as there seemed to be a lot of room to lower the price.
