Their door to door salespeople are relentless and employ shady high pressure sales tactic. They've bothered us at our home three times now in the evenings and don't get the hint that we don't need new windows. They've made up neighbour names insinuating they've put in orders the same day and tried to convince us from a quick look that our windows were fogging when in fact they weren't. Solid 5 stars! Locally made windows with high quality materials, manufacturing processes that blow away other window manufacturers. As an example, the windows are built in a hyperbaric chamber filled with argon gas. So there is no plug to wear out from temperature changes thus creating broken seals and moisture between the panes. We had 4 doors replaced and couldn’t be happier. The quality of the doors and hardware is exactly what we wanted. The workmanship from the installation team has given us a beautiful result and we’ve been getting lots of compliments on the finished product. The entire process was well managed, with frequent and timely communication, including unavoidable delays. Thank you Brookstone, we will be customers again in the future.
They send sales person to knock from door to door. The sales person ignored my sign on my door that says no sales/solicitation/flyers and rang my door bell twice. They then put a flyer on my door handle. I will NOT hire a contractor that does NOT RESPECT their customers!
I got a quote for Windows as I was interested in their 1 year validity on their quote but was not in a rush. My wife and I had an appointment with a sales guy in the evening (they insisted my wife was there and I now realize why). The sales guy was very friendly and quite good at his job, but I realized pretty quickly that Brookstone is a company that makes their money off selling long term financing, pushing for 20 year financing with a %14 interest rate with a 2 year promotional rate to make the initial payment seem low, p... read more
