Windows replaced, Finalized contract in June 2021. Quoted install early Oct but install late Dec. Installation crew was well mannered, and professional. So far windows are ok; the test of time will tell how good they are. The cookies after giving a good review was nice.
I had a very disappointing experience with Brookstone Windows & Doors. When I bought my first home, I needed to replace all the windows. I was introduced to Maryann, who was working with Brookstone at the time. She convinced us to replace all the windows through their company and also encouraged us to take a government loan to finance the project.
