Profession installers, no muss, no fuss, got everything done in a timely manner and left the rooms as clean as they found them. Follow up support was also great! Would definitely recommend.
The never-ending nightmare ….. The only positive thing I can say is that they actually stand by their warranty and will fix any issues. We have had nothing but issues from the very beginning with paint chipping off our beautiful, brand new black doors. Initially, they were “shocked” that the doors could be chipping already (within weeks of install)… so they sent someone out to have a look and sure enough, he too was flabbergasted …”no, this is not right! Pushy sales folks knocking on doors. Over and over and over. Five times today. When I finally answered to say I was working and not interested the gentleman persisted. House needs new windows but I definitely won't be calling them for a quote.
We had all the windows on our upper floor replaced. The entire team from our sales rep, project manager, installation and final inspection were absolutely amazing. We had a slight issue and it was handled so professionally and rectified swiftly. I highly recommend this company for windows and will absolutely be using them for future projects.
