This was our second time having Brookstone install windows in our home. While we have always been impressed with the product, the level of customer service really improved over the past six years. The entire process has been smooth and professional from the sales rep (Maryann) to the installation team (Abe & David), not to mention the follow-ups from Trevor and the administrative team. We would definitely use them again in the future.
Brookstone has always been amazing to deal with. We’ve used them for two large projects now and they were so helpful from start to finish and following up after to make sure everything is still good years later.
Mohammed came to my house and setup an appt for someone to come give me a quote on my windows.....which we dearly need and want. Someone calls me to confirm my appt and then told me I MUST have my wife with me.....they need both home owners there for a quote to get done. I stressed to them that I have kids in sports and really have no time to get this done except one single day I have nothing to do.....unfortunately my wife works days and cannot make it. Representatives from your company were soliciting door-to-door in my neighbourhood. A representative came to my home, saw the giant "NO SOLICITING" sign on my door AS WELL AS the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign covering my video doorbell. He clearly looked right at the signs (it's on camera), decided to completely ignore them and proceeds to KNOCK ON THE DOOR!!!
