We got all our windows installed by Brookstone back in summer of 2020. In the six years since we have had a couple of minor issues which Brookstone was quick to remedy. So fast forward to this year we had someone come in and wash our windows. As a result one of our screens was bent and another had a bow in it. Everyone I have worked with over the past few years have been wonderful and personable. I love the products I have received.
No respect for the customer. From my research online that is basically how they are trained to behave in general. Knocking on my door with big red ‘no soliciting’ sign on it. Saying ‘I’m not selling’. I will not work with this brand and will advise against it every time related topics come up.
It’s been two years, but I can’t shake the feeling that I need to say something about my experience. I called for a bid appointment, and on that same call, followed by a number of texts and email reminders, I was asked to have my husband at the appointment. I’m a single woman and it’s a ridiculous assumption that I need a man present to make a decision. Wasted 30 minutes of my time. Knocked on my door, gave brief, scheduled appointment, got multiple calls/messages all week to confirm the appointment and everytime i confirmed yes that I've blocked 60-90 minutes for your speciatist. And on the appointment day 5 minutes prior i called to ask when the specialist would be here. Guess what they said, we need to reschedule. You wouldn't have to bothered to tell me if i hadn't called.
