We got our windows installed in December and were very excited about them. Our sales rep told us this business prides themselves on customer service and quality. We were assured we would have no clean up, we had a lot of clean up of dust and dirt. While this was annoying, I could let this go. The windows no doubt are of high quality and they do look nice. We have used Brookstone twice previously and have been very happy with the results both times. This time is no exception. The installation was done quickly, and when they found a rot problem with exterior trim, they came back after we had the repair finished. All the staff were friendly and professional. I would easily recommend Brookstone!
