Absolutely unprofessional customer service when called twice to get a quote for doors replacement.
Brookstone staff and service has been exceptional! We did have some issues, but those issues were quickly and easily addressed. Brookstone has been a pleasure to deal with.
Great work, clean up was super! Friendly, competent and experienced workmanship.
The process was seamless. Courteous and professional sales and support staff. The installers were very efficient and respectful of the property, always cleaning up as they went and leaving the work area neat and clean. Would recommend to friends and family!
