Just recently had a Brookstone salesperson come to my home. While I was advised that the visit could take 60-90 minutes, the salesperson spent 2h15mins at our house. This ended up spilling over into dinner time with a toddler and a 6 month old. There was clear chaos going on around us as the salesperson continued to ramble on about how the plastic and glass were made (in extreme detail). A salesman comes around trying to pitch windows before looking at my 7 yr old Vinyl windows or did he care? Looked like he hadn't started shaving yet. I was pissed for him even trying and told him so pointing out my windows age.

Good experience from start to finish. Friendly and knowledgeable sales person, quick and excellent install and even a follow up visit after the install to make sure we were happy with everything.
The staff were exceptional, honest and dedicated to the best window options for our home without pressure tactics. The sales rep was amazing and friendly. The installers were respectful of our home and made sure all work was inspected by the owner and answered all our questions without hesitation. We have excitable dogs and the installers were patient and playful with them.
