BROOKSTONE WINDOWS & DOORS What a rude company and shows why they have to use inexperienced door to door solicitors because their no care attitude is reflecting on their business. They send their un experienced Sales Reps or should I say door knockers to interrupt your dinner. in the Last 2 years it has happened a minimum of 6 times. From the person who left a card at my door, to the salesman, administrative person, window final measurer and installers, their customer service is exceptional! They did my home's total window and front door replacement efficiently and cleanly in one day. I was amazed at how expertly they replaced and installed the window frames and windows. We got our windows installed in December and were very excited about them. Our sales rep told us this business prides themselves on customer service and quality. We were assured we would have no clean up, we had a lot of clean up of dust and dirt. While this was annoying, I could let this go. The windows no doubt are of high quality and they do look nice. My biggest issue is the customer service and I would almost prefer good customer service over window quality because I believe you can get better customer service and the s... read more
