We were very impressed with the service that Brookstone provided. They were extremely professional and we are very impressed with our beautiful door.
TL;DR - They'll quote you 400% over market price. This may be my first 1 star review ever (I'm not just some crusty person going around review-bombing everyone). Was getting all the windows in my house replaced, quoted from three companies - Brookstone being one of them. Here was my experience: Sales rep (nice guy, honestly - just doing his job) came out and spent almost two hours in my house. From the very start we have been impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. The installation crew were top notch, arrived each day at the time they indicated and got straight to work. At the end of day they cleaned up each work location both inside and out. We love our new windows
