While I can appreciate you advertising your business, I do not appreciate your door salesmen unlocking the gate to my front porch to knock on my door which clearly states no soliciting. The reason we have the gate and sign, midnight shifts! He could have just left the door hanger on the gate.
The installation went quickly and smoothly. Someone came to check on our satisfaction. They really focus on quality work and amazing service.

If you are a top tier window and door company why are you going door to door in low income neighbourhoods in St Thomas? Taking advantage of seniors on fixed incomes. Brookstone went into my 78 year old Mom's house. She has mild dementia and is easily confused and taken advantage of. She is on a very fixed income. The quote for 1 backdoor - $19,903.47! Can't wait to hear you try to explain yourself out of this one Brookstone. Try using better business practices and don't go into elderly women's homes when they are home alone.... read more
