I would avoid this office at all costs. I’d like to preface that I’ve been dealing with pain for years now and my husband drove me 2.5 hours to get to this office. We showed up 30 minutes early in anticipation of filling new client paperwork and trying to be respectful of appointment times. The lobby had one other person with two people with her there but no other patients. We waited 40 minutes alone in the lobby after checking in to even be given paperwork to fill out. Dr. Ahmed is fantastic. She doesn't rush you, takes you seriously, stays late to fit everyone in, takes as much time as required with each patient, and is very knowledgeable. Her staff is equally quality. That being said, her negative reviews are a reflection of the downside of her pros. Due to her lack of rushing appointment times are never when you're seen (expect a two hour wait). I wish I didn't have to leave a bad review. Dr. Admed is nice but always runs late and seems my mom has been misdiagnosed and we wait 3 to 4 hours after our appointment slot. The staff is nice especially Angela however I feel bad for them as 1 they have suffer the voices of people waiting on hours on end. And 2 maybe they need help w time management not sure if it's staff or doc or they overbooked schedule which is inconsiderate.
