Brookstone Restoration handled the whole process of restoring our home after extensive water damage. The project manager Scott Gregory was professional and caring. He went out of his way to get us back in our home. Kaytie and Lexi managed the packing of our contents, storing our furniture and unpacking our contents with the utmost care. They did all this being professional and caring. They were a delight to work with. I can highly recommend Brookstone Restoration.

Unfortunately we had a water leak resulting in damage to our kitchen and basement. Brookstone responded quickly to dry our home, kept us informed every step of the way and coordinated with our insurance company. The employees were thorough and courteous. I’d highly recommend them.

We had an unfortunate insurance claim due to water damage. Cody went above and beyond and took his time to explain the mitigation process to us, how insurance was going to assist, and how him and his team were going to get everything done. The timeliness he provided was outstanding. He was also able to work around our work schedules and still give us the best outcome possible.
