As a tenant of Brookstone Managed Property on Blackhawk Drive in Santa Clara, I have been disappointed in their policies. They do not represent high standards in the condition of the property on the day of occupancy. Niether do they provide needed service when something needs to be repaired, such as door and cabinet hardware, or a garage door opener. Brookstone Property Management DOES NOT respond to messages from prospective tenants. I've asked them two simple questions now about 2 different rental properties they have available and haven't received a response to either. I've no idea why anyone would do business with them.
