We have an apartment at brookstone, and they staff is WONDERFUL! Theyve answered us in a quick and friendly matter everytime weve called. Never had i had a problem with them. I LOVE our apartment. It is so cozy and nice. We are based off of 2 incomes and we pay \$470... Yes the utilities are alittle bit higher, its a great place. We live on the lower level and we occasionally hear the ppl upstairs but its nothing id ever even consider complaining about.
