Property is falling apart and owners let parking lot go with huge potholes

Nightmare to deal with. Refused to speak to me because I'm a woman. Refused to change carpet from previous tenant due to; stains, cat hair still in carpet after cleaning twice, cat smell, and old carpet (can see a dark color to the carpet around the edges in every room).
