Brookstone apartments has failed to pay for 3 services calls for repairs to their property. After months and months of being given the run around, i.e.; managers out today, I gave her the message and the ever famous "checks in the mail" gig we finally decided to pay them a visit in person, boy did this go south quickly. Hello my name is Ken I've been a resident at the Brookstone for 9YEARS I am one individual living in a two bath two bedroom apartment one bedroom I made into a den.When I moved here there was no fee for my dog they waived it because he was 14! Below is my direct response to some of the other posts he posted. Due to Fair Housing Laws, we must treat all our residents equally. We completed a property audit to find several residents with unauthorized pets. They did not receive permission to have them or pay for them. They also signed the lease agreement and pet addendum stating that they did not have pets.
