We purchased a spec home from Brookstone at The Farm in May of 2019. Deborah, who works at the model for Brookstone, is AMAZING!! We have had a fabulous experience with everyone who works here. Everyone has been incredibly responsive to any issues that came up, or anything that needed to be fixed. The work is very quality and the value is great!! We are overall very happy with our experience with Brookstone, we are very impressed with the level of customer service, expertise, attention to detail plus fast and appropriate rectification of defects. One area that could be improved upon is the time frame for signing the contract, it was a high pressure situation with very little time to review information. Tyler is amazing, 5 stars for him and Howard was very friendly and helpful as well, Deborah was competent and friendly as well.. Jessica and Brent Kellett
