Took my 89 year-old mother to get her glasses updated with Dr Kisner.They came in and the left lens was incorrect. They re-ordered them and the next pair she couldn’t see out of the left lens still. She went back in and saw a different person. An older rather abrupt, rude woman who told her that she was old and there was nothing they could do. They sent her and my husband on their way. To the location in Bowie Tx.....save your money and go to a place that cares! The Wichita Falls location may be better not sure but the Bowie Tx location stinks, bad first impression, bad attitude and bad service. Didn't see eye doctor at this location so not reviewing her. They messed up my husbands prescription safety glasses, so when he went to pick up she tried telling him we had to tweak the prescription some to get the lenses to fit into the frames he chose. Jenny Kisner (optometrist) did something very kind for me in light of the circumstances. They were very professional and kind.
