To the location in Bowie Tx.....save your money and go to a place that cares! The Wichita Falls location may be better not sure but the Bowie Tx location stinks, bad first impression, bad attitude and bad service. Didn't see eye doctor at this location so not reviewing her. They messed up my husbands prescription safety glasses, so when he went to pick up she tried telling him we had to tweak the prescription some to get the lenses to fit into the frames he chose. Jenny Kisner (optometrist) did something very kind for me in light of the circumstances. They were very professional and kind.
Love love the girls that work in this office as well as the Dr. Kisner. Such great service- professional yet friendly. Always such a pleasure.
Such a positive experience! The customer service is off the charts amazing! Dr. Young is very professional and extremely helpful in assuring the right fit! Asami is always friendly, professional and very customer service oriented! Jeannie is amazing!! Jeannie goes above and beyond, professional, helpful and so hometown friendly!!
