Maintenance guy really is a peice of work! Very rude and he seems to think thats okay. Hopefully something is done in the office immediately. I'd like to be in touch with them if nothing is done.
These town homes are terrible. Lived here a year to have my car broken into twice, my roommates car actually stolen from right out front and awful customer service. When we first moved in management was great, however they got a new staff and since then it has sucked. We had a leak in our apartment (I'm not a plumber I don't know what caused it) and they announced I was responsible for the charges it took to fix it after having the maintenance guy come flash a light around the house.
