RecommendedWonderful environment for both residents and staff. Great care as well as a sincere interest in both the residents and their families. I have had several friends who have resided at BrookStone and love it. It is also an amazing place to work.
Mom was a resident of Brookstone for two years before her death last year. The staff went above and beyond what I had expected of an assisted-living facility, especially at the end of her life. I appreciated the open lines of communication and quick responses when I had questions or concerns. I am happy that we were able to find a place for Mom that provided her security and friendship in her final months.
We reviewed all the ratings, the state licensure and regulatory reviews. That all checked out, but reality is, that is the bare minimum. It’s about the people- the caring of the staff is what makes the facility as good as it is. They are always there to talk about what is important to our mother or our angst about the progression of her disease. It is truly a home for her and will remain her home until she moves to her next level of need.
Had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal today with our loved one at Brook Stone. The food is fantastic and the staff is always so caring and wonderful.
