NOT WORTH YOUR LIFE! My friends stove exploded when he turned it on and caught fire. I just moved my niece into an apartment. It was a mess! I was promised that the apartment would be cleaned, it's a week later and it hasn't happened. They put new furniture on disgustingly dirty carpet � Not pleased. However, I was able to clean my niece's room but she can't relax in the common area because it is NASTY. Her first college experience shouldn't be fighting management to get a clean place to live.
44 steps from the college! Quiet friendly community. Roommate friendly and there is only one monthly bill!! Everyone get there own private bathroom! ! The best address in Valdosta ���
I didn't like living here, I moved in right when they remodeled. So glad they did it was in a mess. However didn't like that I could smell weed through my air vents as the people above me smoked everyday. I also didn't like when there was frat parties across the street people would feel the need to just park in spots. I did call A1 towing a few times. Management truly sucks. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
