Sydney and the people working in the leasing office are great and helpful, the apartments are a bit old but nice, and this place doesn't have a bunch of non-optional fees. It looks like a good budget option, but they don't allow cosigner's so if you aren't making three times rent don't bother applying, and if you are then you can afford to live somewhere nicer
I had a great experience with my tour, Sydney was very patient throughout the whole process and provided a superb amount of customer service. I definitely recommend her assistance when coming to front desk.
I live here with my family for more than 3 years. This place is quiet and safe for family. I love the office manager, they all are nice and friendly. We have an every day maintenence. They are quick and ready to help and fix anything for you. I am glad and happy to live here.
