Love it here but the rent did go up but very nice here with kids as well!
The property manager(s) are seldom ever available in office. They are undeniably understaffed. Literally one maintenance man. The walls are cardboard thin. Quite an underwhelming property.
I just moved here in May of 2023 and I have had nothing but a bad experience. When I first move in, Shelly and I went over what needed to be taken care of. A request for new blinds, stove power cord, and garbage disposal was suppose to be put in. It is now December 2023 and nothing has been done. I had to buy a power cord for my stove. My garbage disposal still isn't working. My blinds have not been replaced in the entire apartment. There is barely anyone in the office during business hours. Lived here the last 3 years finally moved out in March 2023, this place is hell on wheels, don’t let the outside fool you, the apartments aren’t upgraded at all, moved in the place was so DIRTY,to water damaged/ALL cabinets falling apart hanging on by a few nails, spotty counter tops, old appliances, broken up/dirty tile, ALL room doors were duck taped an busted when moving in, and replaced a year later with old dirty doors out of building “A”, carpet was moldy an wet, had to wait a year for replacement, and etc.NEVER any ma... read more
Only stay here if you really need a place to stay. They are not professional. They hire a new property manager every month. The property managers leave work early, or come in late. Nothing gets fix, and when you move out they don’t want to give you your deposit. Very unprofessional. You pay this money and everything is OUT OF DATE! Same stuff they had when they first build the apartments. Don’t call the headquarters either… they never answer the phone or return your call back.
