Predatory Towing—Residents Beware My car was towed from right outside my own apartment for a minor mistake, forcing me to pay an outrageous fee. Instead of supporting residents, management profits by working with predatory towing companies. This isn’t about rules—it’s about money. If you’re thinking of living here, be prepared to pay for their unfair policies.
This apartment sucks. Very bad experience. Today, I was helping my friend to take her groceries from my car to her place. Since, she didn't have a car today. I parked my car just for 30 mins to transfer her groceries. Within 30 mins of time span, my car was towed. I have no info about where my car was, I had to call 911 to know the information, and the amount they charged me was $331 for towing my car which was parked in their complex just for 30 mins.
