I recently moved in and had a great experience thanks to Ashley! She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process- friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions I had. I really app Ashley and will definitely recommend her! Thank you so much for an easy process!!
Kennedy was very nice and explained how the process would go. She was very kind as well. This alone makes me even more happy to become a resident here. It is also very nice area to live and feels very safe
I strongly recommend avoiding this apartment complex. If zero stars were an option, that is exactly what I would give. After living here for three years, I can confidently say that this has been one of the most poorly managed and frustrating communities in Irving. There is constant turnover within management and office staff, which has resulted in a complete lack of consistency and accountability. I can clearly say that Brookstone has been the best experience I’ve had compared to other apartments I’ve lived in. The environment is clean and safe. The staff are always on point when it comes to resolving issues, especially Maria — she consistently goes above and beyond to help in a professional manner! I give to them!!!
