Brookstone's great, salesman was explaining about the massage chairs, so I sat down to demo, he asked what kind of massage deep tissue ...etc I said deep tissue, and WOW, DEEP BONE more like it he had set it to MAX, and that was way too much for anyone to take that has t worked up to that level of pressure, and at this time I hadn't , it hurt, luckly I knew to stop it, knowing it was to much for even me at 250 lbs, someone else could've been hurt, I 've had deep tissue b4 but had worked up to a level of that intensity.
