if I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in to show my husband a massage chair today and the Assistant Manager didn’t even bother to greet us. She walked up to us as my husband sat in the chair and she yanked the remote from his hands, didn’t say anything & started the chair for him. While he was sitting in it, she didn’t bother to engage with us whatsoever. When I asked her how to shut it off, she again takes the remote & turned it off - didn’t say anything.
