Brookstone is non responsive to phone contact....tsk tsk My attempt to contact this location via telephone (954-915-8215 as listed on your website) to confirm that a desired item was in stock had the phone ring without any answer. Outrageous. After some dozen or more rings I was then disconnected. A very poooooooor customer service experience.
