My wife received great care from the providers at this clinic but it is worth noting that hours are not reflected correctly on Google and not on their website whatsoever for new or prospective patients. This clinic is only open 4 days a week. In my particular scenario, my wife had some test results that caused her some concern and the need for a follow up. I am so grateful to have found Brookside. They take their time with each patient instead of treating you like just another appointment to get through. Dr. Davis, Samantha & their team have been integral to supporting my health holistically — from migraines to my mental health.
terrible experience , insensitive staff, rude & rushing , don’t care about the health and safety of the women they serve. ultrasound tech didn’t want to do the blood work that was already paid for! & tried to send me somewhere else. have left me more confused while an ectopic pregnancy. I never saw an OB which is what I explained to them that I needed when I set up the appointment. Their process is very inefficient and waste of time
NP Patricia was very nice and explained everything very thoroughly. However I continue to struggle to get a hold of the office via the phone for follow up questions on test results and specialist referrals which is very frustrating for someone who is trying to get answers.
Had my first appt here & it was the smoothest experience! Doctor Patty gave me all the needed information for my concerns & plans for ongoing care. They also provide B12 shots & cosmetic care here as well! Will be back for more & definitely recommend (men & women)!
