My NP was great and made me feel very comfortable, but the wait time was pretty long. I was there for almost 2 hours, 1 of which I was waiting to be called from the waiting room. Normally I’m quite patient but I don’t think the wait time matched what my appointment was for :(
Was here over 6 weeks ago for an IUD consultation, and they said they would contact me when the IUD shipped and when it arrived at the office so they can schedule my insertion appointment. They said it would take 3 weeks. Well, it’s been almost 2 months! They have dodged my calls, and the one call that went through was answered by a lady who gave me the answer of “it will probably be here within the next week.” She was so dismissive, and it’s been 3 weeks since that phone call. Do better please.

So grateful to everyone here for being so kind and welcoming, and for making me feel safe. I had my first pap and breast exam here, and I was nervous. Patty made sure that I felt comfortable and had great bedside manner while being professional and personable at the same time. She told me what she was going to do before and as she was doing it, and what it would feel like. The facility is beautiful, too!
NP Patricia is amazing! She is very attentive and takes the time to thoroughly understand and address your health concerns. I never felt dismissed during my visits, and she always listens with care and compassion. She is understanding, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in her patients' well-being. I've had a great experience here and plan to continue coming for my wellness checkups.
