Very quick and easy application process. Staff seem very kind and accommodating so far. Have not moved in yet but I love that laundry and new appliances are in the units. Balcony/patios are spacious. There is a tenant portal which is nice. Edit: They got us in very quickly and were not able to do all of the repairs they planned on before we moved in. We have lived here for almost four years now and love our place. We get great care from the maintenance, and the owners have been very attentive any time we have needed to speak with them. Our apartment is also quiet and our neighbors have always been very respectful.
Phase 1 is garbage compared to the newer units. Maintenance was subpar at best. Inept management. Would like to ask them some questions but know they won’t give me the time. DO NOT RENT HERE! Location ISN’T everything.
