Lovely, modern apartments inside, easy to get approved and move in, and the maintenance team does a great job! I put in a service request and they always respond promptly and fix the problem.
Very quick and easy application process. Staff seem very kind and accommodating so far. Have not moved in yet but I love that laundry and new appliances are in the units. Balcony/patios are spacious. There is a tenant portal which is nice. Edit: They got us in very quickly and were not able to do all of the repairs they planned on before we moved in. We have lived here for almost four years now and love our place. We get great care from the maintenance, and the owners have been very attentive any time we have needed to speak with them. Our apartment is also quiet and our neighbors have always been very respectful.
