If you are using the online service, get ready for laptop mics, and poor quality cameras that pick up laptop fans and typing. The concept of "within 1 business day" means the "next business day here". Don't expect a reply in a timely manner from the admin staff. Also they had very inconsistent billing cycles. One time I was charged for a session multiple weeks after. They have your credit card (it required to use their service), this is just poor or negligent service at best.... I am now looking elsewhere for better service.
I have had the pleasure of getting to know Dr. Miller over the past year. Dr. Miller is a knowledgeable and caring psychologist who is dedicated to helping members of her community. I highly recommend her.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Nicole Law and her team at Brookside Therapy and Assessment. From the first phone call to the final step of payment, every moment was handled with professionalism, kindness, and care. My son’s gifted assessment was done with such patience, clarity, and genuine compassion that I cannot say enough good things. These are truly the kind of people who make a difference in families’ lives. Highly recommend!
I have to say 4 years ago I posted a neutral review. Was upset at a specific issue. Long story short I tried another service at a different location and the grass is not greener. The other place was notang better if not worse for me. I came back to Brookside and it's been wonderful. The staff are always hospitable and friendly, clean office and great location for me. Save yourself the strife. The secretary is nice, but beyond that, expect Karens who will gaslight you. They will overcharge you and accuse you of exaggerating symptoms. If you have a real brain injury and are looking for serious help, go elsewhere, these people can’t help. They are in the pocket of insurance companies. They will charge you $6000 for filling out questionnaires. It’s horrible.
