I am so glad I found Dr. St.Clair! He was the second, and will be the last, dentist I use for my TMJ. I don't need to look any further. Dr. St. Clair listens and truly has his patient's best interest. He spent well over an hour talking with me, explaining every option and answering all of my questions. He also shared several items he recommends to improve my sleep...all available on Amazon....at reasonable prices. Simply stated: It works for me! Dr. St Clair digitally designed and created an oral appliance (aka a sophisticated mouth guard) that I used to solve my sleep apnea problem. I went from a sleep study report of moderate to heavy sleep apnea to a result of light to non-existent. AND I NO LONGER SNORE. The appliance is comfortable, effective and easy to maintain. CPAP May be the answer for many but it did not work for me. This approach has enhanced my life. Thank you Dr. St Clair.
Never in my life have I been to a medical specialist who has been so kind, attentive, and helpful. After being unable to open my jaw for a week, Dr St. Clair got me in for an appointment right away, spent over an hour with me at my consultation, and ultimately fixed my problem and is actively helping me take preventative measures to ensure these issues don’t happen again in the future.
