UPDATE: August 2025...nothing has changed. Manager STILL rude and unprofessional. It would be nice if YARCO would hire a manager that can handle situations and interact with elderly people and others in a professional manner. It may be located on Troost, and the majority of the residents may be black, but that doesn't give a pass to handle situations with no tact. Be nice if YARCO would hire someone with a calm demeanor who actually cares about the residents like family. AND there's roaches. AND maintenance does not respond ... read more

I would not recommend doing ANY sort of business with YARCO, the company that manages this property. We are a small, family owned Heating and Cooling company that was hired to fix some HVAC units for tenants and we’ve been chasing them for a YEAR to receive payment. According to other reviews, we aren’t the only company that this has happened to. Ultimately the tenants will be the ones to suffer because vendors will refuse to work on the properties. Totally unprofessional.

I have been calling every tuesday and thursday no one ansewer i have left message about getting a place and made calls no ansewer was told they dont have a manger plus told they let people in from the cold to sleep in halls well i still want to speak with some on but no manger

Wow so you all really made these elderly people spaghetti w/chicken in it for Thanksgiving!!! Disgusting
