Although this is a nice property, after being here for a certain amount of time, about a year and a half, there's pot smoking going on in the building and cigarette smoking. It is a non-smoking property meaning that they do not allow smoking even on the property but people in the building defy the rules infringing on the rights of others to have a healthy smoke-free apartment home.
