Poor property management in Green Hills – WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EVER. I rent a duplex in Green Hills, which I originally rented through Tarkington Realty. I was not given an option when Tarkington signed their properties over to Brookeside Properties. Since the switch, I have filled out multiple maintenance requests for the same problems, which have never been completed.
