I gotta give a huge shoutout to the staff at Brookside Park Apartments, especially Jack and Davis. From the very beginning they’ve both been patient, professional, and genuinely helpful through the whole process. Moving can be stressful, but they made everything so much easier by answering all my questions, keeping me updated, and treating me with kindness and respect.
I have lived here for a few months and have had a great experience! They have been so helpful at the front office and maintenance requests get taken care of quickly. I would definitely recommend this complex to anybody!
Just want to make a shout out to Jack, Davis, TJ and all of the maintenance people!!! Everyone there from the first call on the phone to set up a time to look at an apartment, to filling out the application, the walk through, everything has been nothing but so professional, understanding, helpful, accommodating, prompt and a complete easy feeling and process. Unbeatable wooded views and spacious balconies with storage. Management is always friendly & helpful. Jack & Davis have been wonderful to me & my son who has autism. Highly recommend!
