We’ve lived here since the end of June and have really enjoyed our experience so far. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. One night our AC went out around 9 PM, and maintenance came out within an hour and got it fixed, which we really appreciated. The property is always clean, and the other residents are respectful and quiet. We have a newborn, so that’s especially important to us. We had a great experience leasing our new apartment at Brookside Apartments. Jack was very helpful, patient, and made the whole process easy for us. He took the time to answer all our questions and helped us get everything sorted out quickly. We were able to move in the very next day, which was a huge help for us. Really appreciate Jack’s support and excellent service. Highly recommend Brookside Apartments!

The owners of this complex quote you a base rent and then add additional items totaling approximately $130 to your rent. There are two active owners that I am aware of. One of them is very easy to talk to and is more likely to listen and have empathy. The other one is, in my personal opinion, a preppy on a power play. He is argumentative and has to have the last word. The 2 bedroom apartments are not 1100 sf as shown on their website, they are much smaller. I have lived here since 2017 and can’t say anything negative about the complex. What drew me to write a review after all these years was a maintenance event that occurred Thursday evening. My A/C went out at 6pm and after calling the emergency number, our maintenance man showed up to fix the issue and my a/c was restored. To me, he went above and beyond as he could have just offered another source of cooling my apartment for the night, but instead fixed the issue during his off hours and was happy to do so. Just wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Trent! He's been incredibly helpful whenever I've needed anything around my home. Super reliable, friendly, and always willing to help. And a massive thank you to **JACK** the best manager at Brookside! Even if I have the smallest question or request, he drops what he's doing to make sure I'm taken care of. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. 100/10 recommend living here! I've already convinced ((two of my friends)) to move here too. Keep up the amazing work!
