This place is a disaster. Tenant well-being is not a priority here. The property is riddled with serious maintenance issues. Mold, structural issues, pest infestations like spiders and ants. These are treated like a minor inconvenience rather than the health hazard they are. What makes it worse is the culture of evasion and hostility. I have been living here for almost 2 years. Hands down the best management team ever. Kristine always works with you in your best interest. The maintenance crew, Jose and Manning, are awesome. Even during major holidays, they were here within 30 min to help with my issues. The location is super convenient to the highways, and there are many markets around the area that you don't even need to drive.
Pros: This place is very peaceful, quiet and the neighborhood is nice and safe. I should tell Kristin Kavaldjiev from management very cooperative, respectful and responsive, she is a Great professional. Jesus and Jose from the maintenance team are super friendly and helpful too, so in general they all are doing great. Cons: This location is very close to the freeway, so you should expect to hear some noise especially at night time, and isolation in the apartments is not the best
