Went to tour one bed/studios today. For 2600+ one would think the apartments would be very nice… no. Honestly I don’t mind the self guided tour, but quickly it was a no. The trim in the bathroom is super cheap rubber that is caved in between the wall and floor. But the icing on the cake is the roach inside the oven. NOTE - The business attempts to take down negative reviews, which is highly unethical. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like I owe it to others to warn them about this place. The management here is beyond terrible - rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. Every interaction with management felt like a battle. It’s shocking how they speak to tenants and how they get away with treating people this poorly. Management claims to give free rent if you move in to the apartment. Don't believe it. They try to get it back when you move out and threaten to negatively impact your credit score if you don't pay it back. They try to collect this money back even if you pay your entire lease period. They play games with the final bill and don't make it clear. They are trying to get me to pay the entire lease money which I have one week remaining to pay, but they seem to be having trouble calculating this. They still have me paying back the ... read more
