Kudos to the maintenance team at Brookside Oaks! They have been prompt, respectful and helpful. They always wear shoe covers to protect the floors and always clean everything before they leave! Thank you guys!

This is my second time living at Brookside, and I continue to love it here. The location is by far one of the best things about the community. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly, and the office team has consistently been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. A special shoutout to Suree and Edgar for their outstanding customer service and support. Thank you both for everything you do!
Had a great tour experience with Jazmyn. She provided professional suggestions for the unit choices and explained the floor plans and utilities clearly to me. She always responds to my messages in time. I feel enjoyable to work with her in finding my house this year!
I've never bothered leaving a Google review, but felt compelled for this one. Lived here for less than a year. Cancelled the lease early: was charged over $3k in "cleaning/repair" fees when I left. Ended up being part of a class-action lawsuit against Essex for their unwarranted move-out fees. Terrible property management company. If you plan to live here, factor that into the cost.
