Just had our annual preventative a/c maintenance done by Attikin and his associate. The techs were both professional, pleasant and did excellent work. Attikin took the time to explain what they found, how our system was performing and answer a few questions along the way. Fortunately for us Brookside Mechanical installed the original system in 2020 when the house was built.
Friendly and professional scheduling service, follow up and detailed explanation of who was coming along with a brief history of the individual who would performing the service call. Additionally a Text was received with a map of where they were and how far away. Attikin was on time to promise window, went right to diagnosing the issue, ask me several questions, and provided explanations and immediate repair/fixing the issue. Great guy, very personable and overall highly competitive and reasonable price.
