Our technician, Jonathan Legare, did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing a complex problem with our 3-zone HVAC system. The problem ended up being a failure of the system control board (still under warranty) in combination with a defective smart thermostat that we had recently installed ourselves. Jonathan is very patient, courteous, and professional. Excellent customer service; highly recommended!
