Johnathan showed up on time to perform an annual preventative maintenance service for our heating system. He was personable, well versed in system operations and answered several questions I had about our humidifier. When he finished our service he took the time to explain everything he had done. All-in-all a great experience!
The technician (Jonathan) was courteous, knowledgeable friendly and happily discussed every step of the repair. I would heartily recommend him and Brookside anytime!
