Very disappointed in my recent experience with Brookside. They installed a new furnace 2.5 years ago and we have had multiple issues. Last week our heat went out on a very cold night—when I called a technician came out the next morning but didn’t have the part and had to go back to get it. (We live 40 minutes away). He came back and replaced the control board which had failed. The entire job while here took less than 45 minutes and the part not labor was under warranty. David and his team are stellar. I had done minor repairs on one of our large (4 ton) HVAC systems and needed a professional to review and improve our airflow and efficiency. Most companies wanted to “chop and swap” our system or slap in mini-splits to make up the difference. David spent over an hour looking at the system, what I had done, and what could be done. Brookside is without comparison for responding rapidly to our AC issue. Technician Alex is incredibly polite, efficient, and willing to educate as he fixes the problem. He gets his own 5 stars. We will continue to enthusiastically use Brookside for our HVAC routine maintenance and service.
Not a good idea to work for the people who u will be working with are good people.... The people that run it Dave is unconsiderate for other people's lives he don't care about anything that doesn't pertain to non-work life
This company is without a doubt amazing, when it came to coming to installing our new furnace they were on time very polite and respectful. We have had some very bad experiences with other companies, if you want a company that offers great services at a even better price Brookside Mechanical is the way to go.
