Very safe neighborhood, very central, great transportation options including Trax, but it's not cheap to lease a spot here

Put in a application because my mom just sold her house and wanted to downsize, the property manager here promised she would try to get her into something all we had to do was submit an application and provide bank statements. told us if she gets denied that's where shell "step" in and tell upper management that she has the sufficient income to pay a couple years of lot rent. took about a month to hear back and all the manager could tell us was to re apply in 3-6months. they sure got an application fee out of us and didn't b... read more
