DO NOT fall for the "Family owned business" that they spew to you. After this review I will make sure to report to the BBB as well. Always call ahead and rescheduled applications when necessary. Had yard full of weeds which they quickly got under control.
I was a customer for several years. Stopped using them because never followed through with airating my lawn. happened two years in a row.

Brokkside Lawn Services continues to leave door advertising on my door and refuses to stop. I have a "No solicitation" sign on my door. Last year, I was told they marked my file to stop advertising, and I received another advertisement on my door 1/20/17. I called and again explained I did NOT want them on my property. I was promised I would receive a letter and a phone call verifying they have stopped and I am still waiting....
