100% satisfaction with the Brookside team. Robert and all the aides were professional, caring, and flexible in providing at home care for my mom. They held our hands throughout our journey and literally in her final days. I can't thank them enough for the support and round the clock care they gave our family.
Brookside has been a lifesaver for over the past 5 years of taking care of my father. From 96 to now 101 years old, Brookside has had the best aides, nurses and Robert the owner as a constant source of information and assistance in home healthcare. Not good company
I say I wasn't going to write a review but the way how things as been dealt with was super super unprofessional Robert...I was lie to repeatedly for months! I went to orientation just to be lied to.. all u have to tell me is I need a car because the cases are far away... But you couldn't just tell me straight up.. you keep on calling me and purin out lies! telling me if I want to work..are if am working with a next agency when I told you I am available to work....if u don't know how to explain yourself to someone straight up... read more
