This place is a f*ing joke. I called to schedule an appointment 4 times after being on hold a total of 35 minutes and being hung up on. Tried again the next day, transferred to 3 different people, ultimately back to the first who was rude and had the nerve to tell me that I should've called a month ago. Are you kidding me? Perlson is great to me but I have to go through the pits of hell to even get the appointment so no thanks.
Worse place ever. Right now smells like mildew. Waiting time over an hour. Not even 1 star.
Worst prenatal care I could have ever imagined. My "doctor" here is completely unorganized, always unprepared, scatter-brained and spends very little time on our appointments. Some of the staff is extremely rude. The doctor likes to have them answer most of the questions SHE should be answering, and in return Ive been misinformed on numerous occasions. I would never reccomend an expectant woman to put their trust in brookside health center, I would reccomend anywhere but here as far as prenatal care goes.
