this apartment complex advertises itself as luxury meanwhile it’s nearby a sewage plant that smells awful during the warmer months. the pool hasn’t even been open for a couple years now because they’re “renovating” it. maintenance and management have no sense of urgency when there are issues within the laundry room or apartment issues, and believe in just quick fixes. they don’t even respond to emails. this complex requires 700+ credit score and high income, but can’t even run a property efficiently. what they charge for ren... read more
Best location to live amid Harriman and Bear Mountain State Parks. Community is calm and well maintained. Property Manager Matt is kind and friendly. He responds quickly and resolves issues in no time. Lots of trails are minutes away from this Community. Harriman Village is so peaceful. I would absolutely recommend Brookside Gardens to anyone looking for safe and comfortable apartment.
