If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute most rude front desk staff I’ve ever experienced! I left crying without even getting my vision exam.

They are very excellent and professional crew
This was my second visit to the Brookside Eyecare clinic. They were on time . they were very outgoing and very helpful. I felt i got a very thorough eye exam and and the doctors and nurses were all very nice. The best part was it is hard to find eye clinics in KC that take Medicaid and they do . So my United Healthcare dual Complete was accepted .
