I lived at Brookside Estates from late 2011 through mid-2014. I'm sure a lot has changed in the years since, but I'm going to share my experience living there. First, the pros! There's plenty of parking, including guest parking, which is awesome, because that can be difficult to find in many apartment communities. Property is constantly the target of crime and management said that "its not that bad" and that there is nothing they are willing to do about it. Grounds are constantly neglected, trash left where its dropped for days or weeks at a time. Look elsewhere.
Good complex, great location for me. What really shines here is the management and maintenance. Wil does an amazing job at this property and has always been helpful.

Quiet complex, some traffic noise. I'm probably the loudest tenant here. Never even heard anyone else. Older building, newer appliances. I never had any major problems. Maintenance responds to issues quickly and is very polite. The average complex rent in this area is a bit high for my taste, but this apartment prices acceptable. The apartment manager is really easy to work with and 5 star good guy.
