Amazing location, spacious floor plans, management and parking are great! It's a super quiet complex despite having the road close to you and it being such a small complex. Balconies are huge which is great if you have cats and plants.

I lived at Brookside Estates from late 2011 through mid-2014. I'm sure a lot has changed in the years since, but I'm going to share my experience living there. First, the pros! The location is amazing. It's close to everything but is also a calm and quiet community. Property is constantly the target of crime and management said that "its not that bad" and that there is nothing they are willing to do about it. Grounds are constantly neglected, trash left where its dropped for days or weeks at a time. Look elsewhere.

Good complex, great location for me. What really shines here is the management and maintenance. Wil does an amazing job at this property and has always been helpful.
