Pictures don’t lie Think hard before you buy Really poor finish work
I have no words to describe how amazing this company is and how they really do CARE! Everything including mistakes are immediately resolved and quality is excellent for all of the options that are included! Buying and adding the "little" things that are included added almost 30,000 to my home if I bought semi custom... Thank you Brookside and the team!
So very thankful for Candace and Cathey at Brookside - amazing women to work with! Helpful, caring, capable and a great asset to my friend and buyer who is closing tomorrow morning. Shout out to Scott who is a fabulous construction guru and was in charge of building a gorgeous home of outstanding quality. A little touch up paint does not take care of the worst workmanship to have ever been carried out in a house D R Horton should be embarrassed cause I know I would be! Last 2 pictures were taken today at a neighbors house, glad to see the poor standard of finish work is elsewhere also I Was recently asked if we would remove our pictures now we are moving and taking a loss on our house but feel like it would be wrong to not let people know what they are buying!
