Went in with genuine concerns about some skin issues i’ve been having . Saw the PA, i didn’t get her name. Waited 30 minutes to be seen for 5 minutes, felt very rushed and I felt very unheard. I barely got to explain my issues before I walked out without a diagnosis or even help/explanation. Very displeased and disappointed. Will not be returning
Honestly the only person earning this one star is the lady at the front desk with blue hair. I just saw Elisha Christianson and had such a bad experience and wanted to share so people can avoid seeing her entirely. I waited for 30 minutes and was seen in less than 5 minutes. Clearly I’m at the appointment because past routines for my skincare journey haven’t worked. This doctor was very dismissive and rushed. Dr. Moss is great, people complaining about the staff are probably complainers themselves, they probably call with some nonsense and the staff just ain't having it. If you need a dermatologist and your insurance accepts him, look no further.
Dr. Moss is still my favorite doctor even though I moved from CT ten years ago. I was one of his first patients to start Humira which has been a life changer. He was always kind, professional and encouraging. He closely followed appropriate protocol to monitor for any adverse reactions. Truly the best! As we’re all of the people that worked in his office.
