To all be warned I came in for a normal appointment because of a mole but ended up waiting to be taken to a room for about 3 hours and when I finally was seen they told me it was benign but when I got a second opinion it turned out to be cancerous do not trust these people
Horrible attitude from everyone I've seen
This place has taken a hit picking up Denise Gallo after her practice closed. Her attention during a routine skin check is very bad. I would make sure to see someone else in the practice.
Unfortunately, my experience at this place was terrible. The front desk staff clearly have no understanding of what good customer service means. They claimed they couldn’t find my health insurance in their system, yet they made absolutely no effort to contact the insurance company or look for a solution. It honestly felt like they had no intention of making me feel welcome or helping me in any way. I completely disagree with how situations like this are handled.
