I have always hated going to the dentist. In fact, I’ve avoided going back in the past because my fear and anxiety were that bad. But Dr. Kowal completely changed that for me. Dr Rob and Shasta were amazing in their care of my Dad. My Dad has dementia so getting him around at Dr visits can be trying because he can't really explain what's bothering him or what hurts at times. Shasta saw that he was a little chilly and got him a blanket to keep warm. He's also has severe hearing loss, and Shasta was accommodating to where I could use his hearing aid system while she did her portion of the exam. I had my first appointment with Brookside this week. My mouth is a disaster as far as I am concerned and they did an impeccable job making me feel comfortable and without judgement. The hygienist, Deb, was amazing. She educated me on how to improve my oral health and provided a list of products they recommend to sustain and fix some of the issues going on - all of which were inexpensive!
