They can not do everything in office. You need to be sent out to get a tooth pulled. There is plenty of other work to do that was ignored. Not sure why. My teeth are falling a part. That they could have done something today but didn't.
This was my best dental experience. Dr. Rusanov did everything he could to make it happen, and I thank him for that. Trust your health to the professionals.

Horrible service and receptionists
Had a dental emergency that required immediate attention, and after calling the rest of town which was fully booked, Brookside came through like angels. They kept in contact, let me know the second there was a cancelation, saw me within hours; and were so professional, attentive, and sweet. Don't miss this office, they're the best!
