As a past tenant of these townhomes, I hope you read this comment before signing your lease. The very first interaction we had with this rental company was poor, which should have been a red flag - the landlord Tina Degoode was scheduled to meet us at 9AM and did not show up for over 30 minutes. We texted and waited but she later told us she slept through her alarm. At a later date when we signed our lease, Tina was verbally rude and made several comments that were unprofessional. Brookside condos are amazing. They are a super good price for how high quality of places they are. Tina is really good to work with and maintenance was always helpful. We would recommend these to anyone! We will miss living here.
I love our place! Maintenance is always professional and quick to take care of your problem. Tina the manager is a “rockstar”. You always see her out pulling weeds, painting, taking care of things on the property. She will always call you back if you have questions about anything.love it here.
