I have been at Brookside for about 16 months and absolutely love it here! It is such a great area of town and very affordable. I actually manage an apartment complex nearby, but wanted to keep my work and home life separate and was so excited when I discovered Brookside. After selling our home of 25 years, I was worried downsizing to a condo would feel claustrophobic, but I don't feel that way at all. I am beyond happy with our unit in Brookside condos. We love living here. The units are extremely clean before move in and well taken care of. We viewed a couple of the units before making our final choice of residence and in each units we viewed, we saw the same care/cleanliness. We just moved in and would absolutely recommend it to our family and friends. Tina was AMAZING. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The day I was moving in she was there and even helped me carry in my last few boxes. What a sweetheart 🥰
I’ve been renting at Brookside for the past 8 years, and I can honestly say it’s been the best place I’ve ever lived. This is by far the most spacious 2-bedroom apartment in the Jordan Creek area, and the rare 2.5-bathroom layout is something you just don’t find anywhere else nearby.
