I am beyond happy with our unit in Brookside condos. We love living here. The units are extremely clean before move in and well taken care of. We viewed a couple of the units before making our final choice of residence and in each units we viewed, we saw the same care/cleanliness. We just moved in and would absolutely recommend it to our family and friends. Tina was AMAZING. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The day I was moving in she was there and even helped me carry in my last few boxes. What a sweetheart 🥰
I’ve been renting at Brookside for the past 8 years, and I can honestly say it’s been the best place I’ve ever lived. This is by far the most spacious 2-bedroom apartment in the Jordan Creek area, and the rare 2.5-bathroom layout is something you just don’t find anywhere else nearby. Absolutely beautiful place. The manager I spoke with very helpful. She made us feel welcomed and excited about moving.
As a past tenant of these townhomes, I hope you read this comment before signing your lease. The very first interaction we had with this rental company was poor, which should have been a red flag - the landlord Tina Degoode was scheduled to meet us at 9AM and did not show up for over 30 minutes. We texted and waited but she later told us she slept through her alarm. At a later date when we signed our lease, Tina was verbally rude and made several comments that were unprofessional.
