From bad to worse. Very bad customer service. Very rude nurses.
Very difficult to get a hold of anyone!! even when we do, we never hear back or get follow ups. It's very disappointing and frustrating because my family members are patients are having trouble obtaining any type of help, they need are constantly being met with obstacles.
Everyone who works here is so friendly and thoughtful. The staff went above and beyond with my care. The midwife team is especially amazing. I was so taken care of throughout my pregnancy, and so grateful I ended up at Brookside.
They refused medical care to my 14-month-old baby. I scheduled an emergency appointment because my baby was vomiting, had a high fever, and an ear infection. When I booked the appointment, I informed the receptionist that I might arrive late since I was picking up my baby from daycare. She assured me they would help and scheduled the visit. However, when I arrived—just as I had warned them, I was told they would not see us. This happened at 3 PM, even though they didn’t close until 5 PM.
