From bad to worse. Very bad customer service. Very rude nurses.
Very difficult to get a hold of anyone!! even when we do, we never hear back or get follow ups. It's very disappointing and frustrating because my family members are patients are having trouble obtaining any type of help, they need are constantly being met with obstacles.
Everyone who works here is so friendly and thoughtful. The staff went above and beyond with my care. The midwife team is especially amazing. I was so taken care of throughout my pregnancy, and so grateful I ended up at Brookside.
