Everyone who works here is so friendly and thoughtful. The staff went above and beyond with my care. The midwife team is especially amazing. I was so taken care of throughout my pregnancy, and so grateful I ended up at Brookside.
They refused medical care to my 14-month-old baby. I scheduled an emergency appointment because my baby was vomiting, had a high fever, and an ear infection. When I booked the appointment, I informed the receptionist that I might arrive late since I was picking up my baby from daycare. She assured me they would help and scheduled the visit. They denied medical attention to a 14 months old baby. I scheduled an appointment due to an emergency, my baby was vomiting, high fever and with ear infection. The receptionist told me they was going to help me and booked the appointment for me, and then when I arrived as I was late they just told me we are not going to attend me. They closed at 5pm that happened at 3pm. Shame on them. How can a medical professional without ethics denied medical attention to a baby.
