I came for a tour a few days ago and Adut was phenomenal. She welcomed me with a warm smile and asked me what my needs consisted of. She then provided me a through tour of the complex. Throughout the tour she stayed engaged. Sometimes when I go on tours there’s long pauses on the elevator or walking through the building but not with her. I literally want to move here because I know my office needs will be met. Brookside is an upscale part of KCMO. Emily gave me a tour and was so professional, kind and thorough. She answered all of my questions. Emily was also very professional throughout. I really loved the property and location. Thanks, again! -Carmen
New management ruined this apartment complex! They never answer the phone and take forever to fix the broken elevator that will later brake down again within the week. Never had any issues with the old management but now it’s terrible. All the good reviews and high rating is from previous management this one is ruining the complex. They just want your money and won’t do anything. Want rent on the 1st and are on it about late payments but take forever to mail back deposit checks.
