Worst apartment ever! Do not live here! They make it try to seem luxury on the outside… it is not! I’ve experienced so many problems living here. Parking, management, the unit itself, amenities, all HORRIBLE! Management doesn’t care about its residents. They want you to sign to make money then never think about you again. Packages get stolen during business hours but they don’t care. The door remains unlocked for anyone on the street to steal them. The pool is disgusting year round. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I would 100% never live here again. I don't even know where to start. On day 1, we put in a maintenance request for a blind that did not work or match the others in the unit. 11 months later, it was never resolved, even with 2 more maintenance requests put in. Cars are parked literally everywhere that isn't a parking spot. On curbs, fire lanes, in handicap spots, and blocking vehicles from getting out of actual spots. I cannot emphasize this enough. Extremely Disappointing Experience at Brookside Commons I have never been more excited to move OUT of an apartment complex than I was to leave Brookside Commons. I am a guy who loves perks and a little TLC! Brookside Commons leasing team makes incredible coffees, flavorings and even hot cocoa in the winter to residents! Every single day! It's amazing and adds to the "homey" feel at Brookside Commons! Love it!

I haven't lived here for too long, but I've definitely grown to love the community! I especially appreciate how accessible everything is, from the printing services and gym to the pool and work/study spaces. The move-in process was also very smooth, especially when it came to getting everything set up with Wi-Fi, electricity, and all the other logistics that come with moving.
