I moved in a little less than 3 months ago and everything from move in, to being settled, has been fantastic here. Adut was prompt and professional. In my time renting I have not seen a more capable leasing agent. Pool is great, maintenance responds to issues with shockingly quick service. Parking has never been an issue. My one complaint is the internet plan, while reliable for the most part, speeds maxing out at 100mbps is well behind the times. Moving in was simple and easy. The lady in the main office is very responsive/helpful and gave a great tour!
I've been living in my apartment for some time.. it was Park Meadows beforehand but now it's Emerald Hills and the management have been cool but let me tell you about this lady Ms Dominique Robinson she is such a sweetheart and very understanding and when you need things done she get right to it and don't waste no time and she is such a sweetheart did I mention that lol... And yes I'd recommend Emerald Hills for a nice environment for you/ your children to play as well live.. if you are looking for anywhere to home!!!!!
I came for a tour a few days ago and Adut was phenomenal. She welcomed me with a warm smile and asked me what my needs consisted of. She then provided me a through tour of the complex. Throughout the tour she stayed engaged. Sometimes when I go on tours there’s long pauses on the elevator or walking through the building but not with her. I literally want to move here because I know my office needs will be met.
