This place is awful, don't take your vehicle there! They took much longer than promised, moving the finished date multiple times without even calling us! And when we get it back there is broken glass everywhere, seat belt and anchor just dangling and not even screwed in!! The list goes on, the used doors were no good, key to unlock doesn't work, pant scratched and swirl marks everywhere, window screeches loudly going up and down, and a list of things they billed my insurance had several things they obviously didn't do! We have to utilize their auto body services twice due to auto accidents. Both times their work work was timely and well done. Fair prices and friendly service. I'd highly recommend them.
I hit a deer with my truck at the beginning of October on a Wednesday night. The following monday my truck was dropped off at brookside for basically the whole front end to be replaced. It sat in their parking for exactly a week before the even tore it down for an estimate. I called multiple times after about 2 weeks to figure out a timeline on when it would be finished, i could never get a straight answer or if i left a message for the owner Joe he would never return my calls.
